Welcome to the Community.
Once you've used all the data included in your monthly plan, you'll be asked to purchase a Service Pass for further data usage at full speed. You'll continue to be able to use data otherwise, however slowed down to 128kbps until you either purchase a Service Pass, or your next anniversary date.

I have the $19 plan with 500MB of data. What happens if I exceed the data limit? Does it charge me or cut off access to data?
