How do i get rid of 2g add on

I dont want this 2g add on but it keeps trying to charge me for it. How do i get rid of it?

Hey POS11,

Its very simple to remove the add-ons.

Just log in to my account, you can either use the app or the website to do so. On the Services tab in the app, you will see the Add-Ons section, just beside it there is "Manage" button. Click on it and you can manage it from there.

try to call a representative to add data on my active sim, cannot connect.

it wont let me remove the add on without topping up. as i do not have enough funds to voer the whole top up amount i need to remove the add on without paying it.
