How do I remove the "You’re just a few steps away from completing your account change.". The notification is kinda annoying, seeing it all the time.

I changed my plan from 15$ 100 min plan to a 25$ unlimited calls plan (the one without the 3G after it even though they are the exact same). However, it added a unlimited LD category but it still says 100 mins in data usage and went up when I made a call. Does it need to refresh or something? Also, my old bonus data is greyed up but my auto top-up bonus 512mb data isn't showing up yet.

I wasn't making any changes but it created a prompt for no reason and I cannot remove it.

Thanks for the clarification, however as per your most recent publication, it seems like your plan change may not have been completed.
We suggest accessing My Account and verify your plan details to ensure your selection was saved correctly.

When I log into My Account, there is the below msg box (in big yellow exclamation mark) which has been there over the past 10 days since I activated my Lucky phone on Nov 25. Clicking into the "Resume your service update" link just bring up the 'change your plan' page, or the 'Add or remove add-ons' page. Both of which I have no intend to change/add. Nor I have a pending account change request. Clicking into the "Details" link just pop up a window repeating the "You are just a few steps away...." message.
Has anyone came across similar odd notification? Is this a bug in the system? Can't find a way to get rid of it.

The below strange notification msg box is still there when I log into MyAccounts. I do not have any pending change requests of any kind. Can someone looks into what happened.

past 2 months it says out of service pass I don't know why no one could fix it technical support can't remove my banner and I just got to put up with seeing this ad to add more service with the past I have lots of service left on my plan so anyone could help me or am I just being abused by this stupid Banner
