There has been $15 sitting in my acc. for months. I want to use it to pay my monthly balance or have it refunded. How do I do that? My monthly acc. is set up for auto pay. It is over $30/ month. It comes off my CC. thanks

1. I believe Lucky Mobile does not issue refunds at all.
2. The easiest way to use the $15 on your account would be to cancel the auto top-up, and add $15 manually, so that there would be a total of $30 available for the upcoming monthly fee. After the $30 were used/charged by Lucky Mobile, you then could set up automatic top-ups for $30/month again.

Hi! I've had 65$ in my balance for a while now and the website/app stop taking money from my top up balance but rather my debit card and I can't figure out how to change it back or why it suddenly started doing this?

I forgot my sim card two months ago and changed my phone number and account, but the money keeps automatically withdrawn. I deleted that account and number, and also deleted my card information there. How can I solve this?

If you cancel the automatic top up, then I believe you lose the bonus data that is provided to customers who are enrolled in the auto top up program.

I have multiple Sim cards activated with numbers on them that I no longer use that have balances on them, how do I get back the remaining balance? Or can it be transferred to the account that iam still actively using?

I have just ported my number from Lucky to another service provider. While doing this I discovered there's almost $9 (not much, but it was my money) in my account balance. The auto top up always took the full amount and never credited in this amount.
Anyway, I'm closing my account. Is there a way to transfer this balance to someone else's account?

Hi there, both numbers are linked to my Account...the one number has 30 dollars still on it...I just haven't topped it up in sometime now Is all..can I have it transferred to my number?

i've purcahsed a lucky mobile plan and i havent been able to use it because it says i havent purchased or added a linked account which ive tried many times to link it but it asked me to buy another plan, i have the recipt to rrefund and this is very frustrating
