How do I refund my balance or transfer it to my next month's payment?

There has been $15 sitting in my acc. for months. I want to use it to pay my monthly balance or have it refunded. How do I do that? My monthly acc. is set up for auto pay. It is over $30/ month. It comes off my CC. thanks

Hi all i have a Lucky Mobile Pre Paid Account and want to send my Nephew some money from my phone to his, i usually top up my account with $100 every now and again, my current Line is only $15 a month but his is $45 and i would like to tranter some money from my account to his, i travel alot and currently in the US on vacation, he's in Toronto, so is there anyway i can transfer some money from my account to him?

Hey David101,

As far as I know, you can transfer current balance from one account to another, if both of them are under the same name.

But if so, there should not be any problem send the funds from your account with your name to another person with different account, as its you who is sending the balance, however, I am not sure if you can do it or not.
