As Lucky Mobile is a pre-paid service, all you need to do is stop topping up and your account will be deactivated after 120 days.

You have to call them at tell them cancel my account ..I did that .

Hi, I was using your service until the end of this May, and before I go back to my country I went to the shop which is located in Metro town in Vancouver to cancel my service. Then the employee said that my account had canceled already at that time, but when I checked my bank balance, the money for this phone account has been withdrawn.  I want to get a refund for 4 months since I didn’t use your service and hope I won’t happen to other customers. 
And also I want to know how to figure out that my account is cancelled or not.

To disable auto top-up, you can change your payment method to account balance in My Account. Please note that if you're currently receiving an auto top-up bonus, if you change your payment method, the bonus will be removed.

How can I deactivate my account right now,
I know if you don't auto deposit the money, the account will be broken up after 180 days, but I can't stop auto deposit due to circumstances, so I just want to delete this account.

How do I cancel my phone plan 

I switched to another service provider in April and Lucky is still charging my 13 year old daughter. My understanding was that when you switch to a new provider, service is automatically cancelled.  However, I'm still being charged for my 13 year old daughter, and Lucky refuses to cancel account. We couldnt port her number to new provider, so she has a new number and Lucky says old number is still active.  This seems like a techincal error, but Lucky refuses to discuss charges or cancellation with me, they will only speak with my daughter - who doesnt have the knowledge to discuss the issue.  I've cancelled the payments in my account, is there anyway to recuperate the money charged for a number that was cancelled but still appears in their system due to some sort of technical error?
