I have just signed up for a new mobile line with eSIM and I have made the payment with a debit card, but when I enter the app it says “No service linked to your profile”. How long does it take to activate the account? Is it necessary to make the payment in order for it to be activated? I have not received the QR code to activate the eSIM by email either. Thank you.
