Can't add the Dollarama gift card in the Dollarama app

Hey! I recently got my $20 Dollarama gift card from topping up/paying for the Lucky mobile etc, but I can't seem to add gift card in the Dollarama app? I open the link from the text message and it directs me to the Dollarama app to download the app, which I already have.. I can't seem to find any option to add my gift card to my balance to the app..

is the message real or scam?

As the topic says, I tried to use this and it scans with a balance of zero?? I was looking forward to using gift card.

Tried again today with the same result. Balance of zero. I don't understand the point of offering these if they are not even valid. Would have chosen Lucky Mobile even without this offer as it was convenient to setup, but this offer would have been a nice bonus if it was actually a valid promotion.

If you're an iPhone user, could you try installing the Dollarama app from the app store? The link should automatically redirect into the app, at which point you can redeem the gift card.

If you're not able to download the app in the case of being an Android user, could you elaborate as to what's happening when you try to redeem your gift card? Are you receiving an error code of any kind?

If possible, a screenshot would greatly assist; we ask that you take the time to block out any personally identifying info before posting it however.

Hi, I too recently received the text for the $20 GC.  I too tried to click on the link to redirect to the app for the iPhone, which I have loaded on my phone.  However, the link redirects me to the App Store, every time, and does not load the amount on to the app.  There is something broken in the link.

I got a text message saying that I received a $20 gift card, I clicked the link in the text message and download the Dollarama app to see my gift card, and balance is $0.

Please help rectify this issue.

Hi, when the cashier at Dollarama scanned my barcode it is not working, this is my second time I wasted $20.00 . It won't add on my app either the barcode.

Hi, I have topped up twice already but have yet to get my dollarrama gift card, no SMS or anything.  Can @LuckyMobileAntgio help me take a look at what is wrong.

In addition, my referrals are also stuck in a pending state. despite my family members having paid their 2nd month.
