Caller ID not using my Government Name...

So I have had a couple of my friends & family members make it known that, my caller ID that shows when my Caller ID is set to on is NOT my actual name... and it's actually my small businesses name that is much, much more recent than my current phone numbers account creation/setup. I use a pre-paid account. But I'd prefer my name show not my business name... if I turn off the Caller ID setting either through the lucky app or my phones settings it'll then say private or unknown caller.
PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS..
