To get 2 gig a bites extra a month I topped up for those months and have to wait 3 days for credit. Has anybody used this and can i do this every 3 months?

Do you mean the 2GB data for $15/month? https://www.luckymobile.ca/shop/plans/prepaid/add-ons/data
If so, then you need to pay $15 each month. I don't think you can pre-pay for 3 months ahead.
