All texts are deleted

My cycle was not renewed. 

I charged my phone, picked it up. All message history on text are gone? 

What's happened?? I shut it down n turned it back on. 

my phone call history is still there.

SMS history is stored either locally on your phone with Android, or in your iCloud account if in the case you're using an iPhone. As this is an issue specific to your phone, unfortunately we at Lucky Mobile are unable to provide detailed support.

In the case of Android, deleted text messages are generally unrecoverable. We suggest you check out this Google Support thread on recovering deleted text messages for more details.
