I am trying to active eSim on my iPhone 11 Pro Max using the steps given on the Lucky Mobile website, but it gives an error that the code is no longer valid.
I tried chatting with Lucky Mobile support and the agent connected me with Bell Customer Support who sent me a mail on generating QR code. Unfortunately for that I need a Bell Mobility account and I cannot use the LuckyMobile number to activate there.
Does anyone know how to activate eSim for the lucky mobile number?

I had similar issues with iPhone 11. Telus on physical sim and lucky on esim. Check with Apple first if the provider is supported on esim. Neither lucky, bell, or telus support or store employees know how to setup. I googled and found a solution, went to store and had to argue with lucky store staff to get the setup done. Its working fine since last year.

Hello there,
Thanks for your time. I appreciate there are a few topics on this one, however, there is no clear answer still. So I hope with time, there may be some progress.
I have a Physical SIM I'd like to swap to eSIM. All attempts through the portal online don't work, I spoke to Customer Chat, they advised going to a store, however, I don't live near a store - so I'm trying here and if I do go to the shop, I want to make sure it can be done as some people have tried 5-10 stores with no luck.
Does anybody have the step by step guide to complete this operation? Or that I can show an employee so that they can do it for me? I really need to make the switch.
Thank-you for your time!

Allo @mpinkertonjarvis
You need to go to a store. They'll do it in less than 5 minutes. The self-service allow us to swap Sim card not generate a new Sim.

I believe I am stuck in a broken product loop. I created a Lucky Mobile account and transferred my number from Fido to Lucky. The port was successful, and Lucky now controls my number.
However, my profile does not have this phone number linked, and the only way to link a number is to have SMS verification. However, I cannot do SMS verification because Lucky owns my phone number, which is now inactive.
Has anyone dealt with this, and how can I link my phone number to my profile to finish activation?

Hey lifeinca,
Visit eSIM and Dual SIM | Support | Lucky Mobile
This link also contains the QR code in the android section for activating. Keep in mind if the eSIM get removed accidentally you will need to visit the store to activate it again.

I have iphone 11. Telus on physical sim and Lucky Mobile on eSim.
First check if your carrier is eSim compatible at Apple Supported eSim
I. Go into a store which supports Lucky Mobile (Walmart, Tbooth, etc.)
II. Ask them to help you transfer your service to eSIM. If they don't know how, keep reading.
For the agent:
1. Start a New Activation.
In the *SIM/EID field, enter the device's EID. (found in iPhone settings: General > About)
Click the "Get SIM" button. This will generate a new SIM number.
Copy the SIM number on the next line. You will later paste this.
Quit the new activation.
2. Go to the user's profile and replace the SIM with the new SIM number* (serial number change)
III. Add the plan to your phone.
1. Check that your iPhone is updated to iOS 12.1.1
2. Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan.
3. Tap the Add Cellular Plan button.
Scan this code: https://www.luckymobile.ca/Web/img/QR_code_Dual_SIM.jpg
Alternatively, you can enter the details manually:
Select Enter Details Manually.
In the SM-DP + Address field, paste or type: CUST-011-V4-PROD-ATL2.GDSB.NET
Leave the Activation Code field blank.
Comment: Agents do not make any money off this, unlike new activations. Please be respectful. I was turned down at three different kiosks before I found some guys who were willing to help me figure it out. Thus YMMV.
Tips:
A. As you may suspect after reading step 1, a kiosk can directly activate a plan for eSIM without using a physical SIM card first. If you have not yet activated, a transfer is not necessary. Just ask for activation and offer your EID. I have read this works when activating over the phone also.(edited)
B. You will need WiFi (or other internet) to add the eSIM plan to your phone.
C. Print the first page of your service contract for easy identification.
D. Print the above instructions (and photos, will attach shortly) to give to the agent.
*E. You may be able to do step 2. on the Lucky website yourself. Login > My Phone Tab > Manage my phone > Transfer service to a new SIM card.

I'm wondering how to get an electronic sim card of my physical copy that I have in my phone now. Unfortunately my phone is a bit broken and when I took it to get it fixed the messed up the service in the phone. I can call receive calls an text while I'm outside but since it's messed up again it's acting like I have no sim card. Is the any way to get an electronic version 🤔
