I am trying to active eSim on my iPhone 11 Pro Max using the steps given on the Lucky Mobile website, but it gives an error that the code is no longer valid.
I tried chatting with Lucky Mobile support and the agent connected me with Bell Customer Support who sent me a mail on generating QR code. Unfortunately for that I need a Bell Mobility account and I cannot use the LuckyMobile number to activate there.
Does anyone know how to activate eSim for the lucky mobile number?

Would it have any possible relation to your APN settings? I know that I have Lucky but use the Bell APN. If you are set to Lucky, try creating a new one with Bell's settings.

Sometimes you may encounter an error when entering the IMEI depending on your device. If this occurs, please enter the secondary IMEI (IMEI-2) or a temporary IMEI (i.e. 111111111111119) to complete the activation.
This is due to a temporary technical glitch with our eSIM system that should be resolved by October 25th, 2021.
Check out the Dual and eSIM FAQ page for further details on how Dual and eSIMs work along with specific activation instructions for eligible Apple iPhone, Google Pixel and Samsung phones.

I currently have Lucky $25 pre paid plan with physical SIM on iphone 8 plus. Tried online procedure to activate and switch to iphone 11 eSIM but got error message after entering IMED2 & EID at the step where I entered existing phone to transfer over.
Had a ticket created by Lucky customer service. They first mentioned to go to The Source store. wend to the store and store staff said that they can't switch to esim, call lucky customer service. Talked to lucky customer service, they created a ticket for the staff in back office. Waited a week, called customer service. Came to know the ticket was closed as it can't be done. Had another ticket created by customer service. Received call from back office staff that system doesn't allow to switch to esim in the back office. Had to go back to store. Went to The Source store, staff tried and couldn't find any option to switch to esim. Its been 10 days and I couldn't get my physical sim to switch over to esim. Time spent on it may be 10 hours. 😞

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a way to transfer my physical sim card to eSIM with an existing Lucky Mobile number?
I am trying to use my personal phone as the eSIM and my work number as the physical sim so that I could transfer my work phone number to another phone easily is needed.
Please let me know if this has been done on Lucky because I was able to to do it using Bell's website and hopefully there is a way to do it with Lucky.

Hi all,
All I wanted to have an eSIM and few days ago I called Lucky Mobile when I didn't know much about eSIM thing. I asked if I needed a SIM to get eSIM and they told me I must.
Now I got a SIM and activated it and transferred my old number to it. Now trying to get eSIM, but my current number seems not transferable. It is not accepting. When I choose a new number, it asks me to buy another plan. I dont want to pay again since I want to use just the eSIM. The website is asking all my information over again. Cant even use the same email address. I was on the phone for hours and I got a lot of contradictory answers. The guy said the website under maintenance and try in a few hours. Its been a day still the same. He said no need to buy another plan etc. Website directions are not as he says. Can someone clarify this? I offered him to write down my IMEI and EID and do for me, but he refused all the time.
Any information will be appreciated.
Thanks

I haven't been able to figure out how to bring my number over. If I bought a new Physical sim and transfered the new phone, so it was slot 1 then can I make that phone number switch to the Esim and then put my regular carrier back into slot 1 after its done? .... Or do I even need to buy a new sim since I have a working one that I can put from the Iphone Xs into my Iphone 13, then change it to slot 2?
Or is there an easier way? I need to keep both of the numbers the same as they are business lines I have advertised with.
Thank you

This thread has instructions that state "if you're looking to transfer your physical SIM to an eSIM, you can manage your SIM settings by logging into My Account." However, when I go there I see no way to transfer from a physical SIM to an eSIM.
There's an option to transfer to a new SIM card, but all that does is ask for your new SIM card number, which would require me to have a physical SIM card in front of me. Not what we're looking for.
There is an option to transfer to a new phone, but that's not it either. Plus, when I enter the IMEI of the phone I'm already using on Lucky Mobile (a 2020 iPhone SE), it tells me the device won't work on Lucky, which is obviously incorrect.
I also see option to unlock a SIM card, and report a phone lost or stolen. Again, not useful.
Again, please provide more detailed, step-by-step instruction on exactly how this can be done my managing our SIM Settings in My Account.
