- Are you receiving error messages?
- Is the page refreshing to a previous step?
- Are you attempting to activate a second line on a pre-existing email used on a different Lucky mobile account?
You can try clearing your cookies and cache and to make sure the pop-up blocker is turned off for the Lucky mobile website and try again.
