Activate Sim

This is the 4th time today I'm trying to activate my sim I just bought my phone it's new. So i got to the end where it says activate my phone then nothing

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues activating your SIM. If so, could you clarify on a few details for the Community?

  • Are you trying to activate a SIM card or an eSIM?
  • Are you trying to activate via web browser or in the Lucky Mobile My Account app? If the latter, could you try in a web browser? And vice versa.
  • If in a web browser, please also try clearing your cookies & cache, as well that you're using a supported browser.
  • If in the My Account app, please try deleting and reinstalling the app.
  • Could you clarify as to "nothing"? Are you receiving an error code? Is it sending you back to a previous step?

No I finally got my phone up and running but, thanks for the help all is good!😀
