Account suspended

It's said data was not included in my plan. ,($75 plan said 20Gb data. Than suspend my account n tried getting me to open my bank account to them and trust they won't take money for nothing lol what's happening here?

When signing up with Lucky Mobile under a monthly plan, you need to have enough funds in your account to cover your Total Monthly Charge (Plan + Add-Ons) in advance of your Monthly Charge Date in order to enjoy uninterrupted service.

To make sure there's no interruptions in service, we suggest taking advantage of Automatic Top-UpOpens in a new tab or window

I need phone number to call Lucky Mobile. My monthly payment plant is set on 5th. Today I have my phone is suspended. My credit card is in good standinga and is working. It is good until 2024. Why my phone is suspeneded?

I paid 50 dollars for my plan this month. I have texting and calling services but my data is not working! In the app, it is saying my account is suspended...I have been on chat multiple times about this.
