Accidentally deleted my eSIM card

Hey, I’m an international traveler from Asia. I just purchased an eSim card online and finished the install process. Then, when I  try to turn off it, I accidentally deleted it right away.. what should I do now?
I wouldn’t be able to reach the customer service before I arrive to Canada. Is there a way to reinstall eSim card?

Hello Everyone

Please be AWARE of the following if you have a Lucky mobile ESIM installed.

- To transfer an ESIM to a new phone you MUST visit a store (Source etc).. There is no way to do it yourself online or over the phone/chat.

-DO NOT TRADE IN/SELL your old device UNTIL you have visited the store with the new device.

I hope I can save everyone from the headaches of what may happen regarding ESIM with Lucky Mobile

Hi,

I just activated my plan and set up the eSIM with the QR code provided. However, I accidentally deleted the eSIM while trying to fix the dual SIM configuration on my iPhone. I don't have access to the options on My Account because it is asking for a code that is being sent to my number which is tied to the eSIM. Live chat option isn't working, and I can't reach an agent over the phone, even though it says on the website that the call centres are still open. Help?

Hey Nevanh,

Thee best way to do it will be visiting the any nearby Lucky Mobile store, as it takes probably 2-3 mins and to activate a new eSIM, they would not charge you anything. Make sure you bring any govt. issued physical photo ID with you.

But if this solution is not possible with you. You may give a try to logging in to the my account. Hopefully you have already created a username and password for it. After logging in, go to "My Phone" tab and head on over to "Transfer Service" link on your right side of the table.

Enter IMEI and proceed further. Maybe this can help. I have not tried this, but give a try if possible. Also remember to use unued IMEI (For example, if you have an iPhone which has a physical sim the the IMEI 1 is for the physical sim and IMEI 2 id for the eSIM. So, use the IMEI 2 for lucky eSIM) if you enter IMEI which is already in use, the eSIM wont be installed.

Also if you have not created the my account log in (username and password), it will be a difficult situation here in this case and best option will be to go to a nearby store.

Sorry guys,

The above method to get eSIM again after accidentally deleting/changing phones, doesnt work. The only way to get the eSIM activated again is going to a Lucky Mobile store or a Lucky Mobile partner stores such as Best Buy, Bell stores, The Source, T-Booth Wireless, Wirelesswave, etc.

Sorry for the error.

I just changed my phone to a new phone and in the process of transferring data to the new phone, I deleted my SIM by mistake, now what do I do to get it working again?

Hey Khoa,

Just tell them that you have accidentally deleted the eSIM, and they will install an eSIM replacement on your device. Make sure you bring a photo ID with you. There are no charges for eSIM replacement.
