Hey there @avilacer,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

This usually means that your APN settings are incorrect in your phone. check out How do I change my APN settings?Opens in a new tab or window to make sure that you have the correct details saved.

Try that out and let the Community know how if it worked.☺

Thanks for the screenshot @avilacer

Taking a quick look it appears that your Network name is set to Lucky when it should be Lucky Mobile.

You can find the following Android APN settings steps hereOpens in a new tab or window

  1. Navigate to your phone’s Settings
  2. Navigate to Connection and Mobile Networks Settings (the wording in your menu may vary)
  3. Select Access Point Names
  4. Select Add a New APN
  5. Enter the following information and leave the remaining fields blank:
    1. Name: Lucky Mobile
    2. APN: connect
    3. MMSC: http://mms.luckymobile.ca/mms/wapenc
    4. APN Type: default,dun,supl,mms
  6. Save changes
  7. Select Lucky Mobile to assign the new APN that was just created

He still does not have the data service and I looked for him, I put him on 3G and I do not need a solution. I also tried putting an "APN" and it won't let me if I won't have to leave your company.

Hey there @TAOJ

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

If you scroll all the way to the top of the page, you will see an accepted solution with the hyperlink; How do I change my APN settings? When you click on it, you will be redirected to a very helpful support article describing how to update your APN settings on an iOS phone.

Let the Community know if you have any questions.☺

Hello. Thank you for helping. I’ve read that article, but as what shown on my screenshot, there’s no such an option of “cellular data option” or “cellular data network”. I’m using iOS 15.5. Calling and texting works well. Only data is not available. What should I do?

You're correct @TAOJ, iOS 15.5 does not have the option to modify APN settings.

One thing you can try is to turn off your Wi-Fi and reset your network settings.

How to reset network settings in iOS 15 on iPhone

  1. Go to the Settings app and tap “General”.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom and tap “Transfer or Reset iPhone”.
  3. Tap on “Reset” at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Select the “Reset Network Settings” option from the list.
  5. Enter your device passcode to proceed.

Try that out and let the Community know if it worked.☺

Hello. I reset the network settings but still cannot get access to data.

Thanks for completing the troubleshooting @TAOJ

As per the screenshot, it appears your mobile data was not toggled to ON before you completed the reset of your network settings? If so, try toggling mobile data and roaming data to ON and then reset the network settings.

Try that out and keep us posted.☺

Hello. I reset the network setting again with cellular data and roaming data on and wifi off. I also turned my phone off for 10 minutes and turned it on again. The cellular data still doesn’t work.

i can not change my APN (Access point Names) settings everything is grayed out. can someone help ?
