If you've lost your phone and/or SIM Card, you can replace it with another phone or SIM Card and keep the same mobile number.
You can buy a new SIM Card at a Lucky Mobile retailer or order online
. Once you have a replacement phone; follow these steps on how to transfer your Lucky Mobile number to the new SIM:
With the Lucky Mobile My Account app:
- Log in to your Lucky Mobile My Account app
- On the Manage my device section, click SIM & device options
- Click on Transfer service to a new SIM card
With My Account:
- Log in to My Account
- Select the mobile phone with the rate Plan you want to change (if more than one mobile phone is registered)
- Click on the My Phone tab
- Click Transfer my service to a different SIM Card and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you reported your phone as lost or stolen and had your account suspended, restore your services through My Account or contact us
to have the account restored and updated with the new SIM and phone.
