I have not received a $20 Dollarama gift card after 2 months of service yet. What might be a reason?

I activated a Dollarama SIM card, completed my consecutive top-ups on time, but never received my promotional gift card text. Customer service told me to contact Dollarama.

Welcome to the community and thanks for your post.

There's a number of eligibility conditions attached to the Dollarama gift card offer. To make sure, you must have:

Purchased a Lucky Mobile SIM card from Dollarama
Activated the SIM card successfully
Remain opted in to marketing preferences in order to receive text messages from Lucky Mobile
Completed an initial top up for the first month
Topped up within 30 days to cover the second month

If you haven't completed the two top ups within 30 days after your activation, you would not be eligible for the offer and thus would not receive the text message to redeem the gift card.

I recently activated two lines. I have done top ups on both lines. For one of the lines, I received the 20 dollars dollarama gift card. The other line was turned off (SIM disabled on purpose) for a short duration (5 days) while I was out of the country exactly around the time the other line received the gift card text. The line that was temporarily turned off, never received the 20 dollar gift card. My guess is that the text was sent but the phone never received it because the line was turned off. Is there a way for me to receive the giftcard?
