I can't get passed step 3 to setup automatic top-up. I can't click the review button. (See image)

We wanted to reach out and see if you were able to set up your pre-authorized payment method or if you still needed help?

If not resolved, please check and/or provide the following details:

Make sure that your device and app are both updated to their latest versions.
If you're having issues with the app, have you tried via a web browser?
If you did a copy & paste it may not work.
What is the make and model of your device and what is the Lucky Mobile app version you're currently using?
What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Everything is up to date. I don't know why its not letting me click to continue on step 3.
