&lt;P&gt;I activated my new lucky mobile sim 3 days back. My internet and messages are working well but I'm unable to make or receive calls. When I dial a number the call goes completely silent, doesn't even ring and then disconnects. All the calls I receive are going straight to my inbox and I can't access my inbox.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One thing I noticed was that when I try to make a call immediately after dialing the number, the signal goes completely zero for a few seconds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can anyone&lt;SPAN&gt;help me please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

AND YES...I CHECKED THAT MY DEVICE IS COMPATIBLE...I AM NOT IN AN ELEVATOR&amp;nbsp; OR A REMOTE CAVE SOMEWHERE...SO WHATS THE PROBLEM HERE.!?!? IVE NEVER HAD THIS MUCH TROUBLE WITH A CELL PHONE IN MY LIFE&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am desperate. I have been trying to solve this problem for 4 hours. My mobile was switched from Good2Go to Lucky this morning at around 10:00 am. I put in money into my account and the monthly fee was deducted. However, I cannot use my phone to call out and cannot receive any calls. I have been talking to at least 4 agents, and 2 of the specialists asked me to 1) activate my account ( which was activated ), and 2) that number from another carrier will take 48 hours to work , well that does not make sense, since texting is working fine. I have rebooted the phone numerous times, and the APN is correct. Anyone has any idea what I can do?? So far, I am not getting help from their support team. If I take my phone to an actual Bell/Lucky store, will that help? Strange thing is that I can access my account online, but when I called their support line, they kept on saying my phone number does not exist? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
