Hi there @Zelon, and welcome to the Community.

Once an account is inactive and in a suspended status for 4 consecutive months, that account is considered deactivated and the number is put back into public circulation.

As such, if the phone number has already been assigned to someone else, you do not have the ability to get it back.

I was away for like 7 months and lost the number i had previously. Is there a way to get it back?

How can I get my old number back if it is already permanently locked that is the only number I want,it is on every account I use

So a couple months ago I had lost my sim card along w my new phone. My plan was $29 for 20g I had a Lucky Mobile account then before suspending it. I went & bought a new sim card, activated it under a new number thinking I would be able to change it over back to my oldy So I made a new email, new username & password, and new number with a new plan $30 for 10g. Is there any possible way I can still change my plan & number back to my old one? And would I be able to register It as an esim or just change my new to old number/plan somehow? My old number was linked to most of my important stuff online
