&lt;P&gt;To schedule a callback, you have a couple different options:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When calling our Customer Service number and first prompted with the IVR system, you may be asked if you want to schedule a callback instead of holding for an agent. If you agree, you'll follow a few steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Confirm the 10-digit phone number on which you want to be called&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll be given next available callback time (e.g., “&lt;EM&gt;We estimate you’ll be called at around 9:30am&lt;/EM&gt;”). You cannot choose the callback time.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll receive a confirmation text message after booking the callback ("&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Your call request is booked! We'll call you on &amp;lt;&lt;STRONG&gt;DATE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;gt; between &amp;lt;&lt;STRONG&gt;TIME and TIME&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;gt;. Data rates may apply&lt;/EM&gt;").&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
