    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem for me. For a few weeks now I can no longer make or receive calls, but data and sms services are working fine. This problem seems to affect many users. Could Lucky fix this issue? If not, the only option I see is to move to another cell phone provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;cannot receive or make calls nor send texts just says no service sos only.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I bought this sim card as I plan on using it as a work number. I tried all the steps that were done in the FAQ like restarting my phone, resetting my network settings, and putting in my sim. Unfortunately, none of these work and I really don't think that it's my location that is affecting the connection. My other sim card works just fine and I have all bars.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently experiencing issues with incoming calls working on 2 lines with lucky mobile&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tested and here are my observations.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Caller hears the rings as normal 3 times then goes to voicemail, Receiving phone never rings or show missed call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Caller hears 1 ring, silence for second ring, then hears the 3 ring, goes to voicemail. Receiving phone never rings or shows missed call after.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Text/mms messages still work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Outgoing calls work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Incoming calls work right after making a call out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both lines use sim in iPhone 13 and 15 pro max&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lines have been active for over 1 year&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Incoming calls will come to other number voicemail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Messages works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please help forward to Tech team for resolved, thank so much !  &lt;LI&gt;When making phone calls or sending text messages, is your phone number showing correctly on their screens?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue.&amp;nbsp; Some incoming calls ring to my phone as expected.&amp;nbsp; Most calls go straight to voicemail without any notification or rings on my phone.&amp;nbsp; I am a brand new Lucky Mobile subscriber (3 weeks now).&amp;nbsp; All other features work well (data, text, etc).&amp;nbsp; I do not have DND turned on.&amp;nbsp; A quick Google search on this issue with Android phones suggests turning off VoLTE which I'd prefer not doing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, while we understand that you don't want to permanently turn off VoLTE, it may be worth considering just turning it off for a day or two just to test and confirm if it is indeed what's impacting your calls as your research has suggested.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your feedback. I called and chat with Mr Alteo, he connected me to Tech team for resolve. I do not know they configured something on system but now my number is working properly / can received incoming calls properly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot make or receive a call on my new SIM cards.&amp;nbsp;After activating the first number online and selecting a $15 plan I got a message saying my phone line was active. I tried to make a call or receive a call but was diverted to voice mail. I requested a call back and I spoke to a lady who connected me to your tech team. The tech team lady told me my phone's IMEI was not linked to my SIM. I was then given a phone number to call and to always go that route, unknown to me the phone number was the self-help phone number that was not useful to me in my situation. Its awful to think your representative wanted sent me on a while goose chase just to get rid of me. So, I felt! &amp;nbsp;Next, I went to a lucky mobile stall at the CrossIron mill store in Balzac Alberta. The stall workers tried and convinced me if only I bought the SIM from the store that it would work and worst-case scenario, they could call tech support on my behalf since they could call tech directly. The new SIM they activated by me paying another $15 did not work, they checked for compatibility and my phone was compatible. I left the stall feeling sad because they did not call tech support as they had said earlier but kept trying to trouble shoot on their own. In total, I have paid $30 trying to reactivate a Lucky mobile SIM and still cannot make or receive calls. This is totally frustrating and poorly represent a brand like yours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have intermittent trouble with incoming calls. Sometimes my phone doesn't ring and there is no indication of a missed call. My account is active, cell signal is ok, I can make outgoing calls and receive texts, I'm not set to silent or do not disturb. When this happens, calls go to voicemail. I think if there was a problem with my phone that doesn't show an incoming call, I would at least see an indication of a missed call, but it's as if the call never happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are a lot of Lucky Mobile users with this problem. Missing intermittent calls with no indication they called. Goes directly to voicemail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might be time to change provider as this problem has gone on for too long. Yes I had contacted support a couple weeks ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been dealing with the same issue since the day I changed my services to Lucky.&amp;nbsp; I am happy to see that I am not the only one with this issue.&amp;nbsp; I have the person sitting here with me, call my cell number, it rings once, pauses then rings 2 more times and goes to voice mail.&amp;nbsp; My phone never rings or shows a missed call.&amp;nbsp; I have a small business and now realize that I have missed alot of calls without my knowledge. I am not a techy person but this is not a good thing.&amp;nbsp; I have never turned on call forwarding as I would have no clue how to do this.&amp;nbsp; What was the final fix on this issue? Do I have to call these people and sit on the phone for hours? Or was/is it a quick fix?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://forum.luckymobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/17505"&gt;@Heckman&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have an android phone (Samsung S9).&amp;nbsp; I would suggest you try the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open your phone app.&amp;nbsp; Go to settings.&amp;nbsp; Click on the Block Numbers.&amp;nbsp; Make sure that the Block unknown numbers feature is turned OFF.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open your main Settings app.&amp;nbsp; Go to Connections.&amp;nbsp; Go to Mobile Networks. Make sure the VoLTE feature is turned OFF.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seemed to work for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
