Just to make sure, have you checked your trash bin in your email client of choice? All email clients hold deleted emails in a separate trash folder for at minimum thirty days after originally deleted in case a user needs to restore an email for whatever reason.

If it's not there, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist.

Dollarama Gift Card

I have accidentally deleted the email containing the Dollarama gift card pin/barcode. I have checked my junk mail folder as well as the deleted folder and unfortunately both have been emptied.

I recently reset my phone's operating system and unfortunately forgot to back up my SMS messages. As a result, I lost the message regarding the Dollarama gift card.

Could you please let me know how I can obtain a new one or if there is a way to check the message elsewhere?
