So, I did and it has been charged on my credit card. But today (Dec 3rd), the balance in my Lucky Mobile account is still 0 and I have the same message as you. It says in my bank account that the money was received but on the Lucky Mobile app it says that the payment has failed and I cannot receive call, call people or text.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to find out if there was a problem with my new activation or not.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I bought a Lucky Mobile SIM Card, and went through though website to active SIM and create an account.&amp;nbsp; I ported a number over during this process.&amp;nbsp; I did receive a text from my "prevous" cell phone provider which I answered "yes".&amp;nbsp; The process went very smothly and no surprises.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But its been 1.5 hours and I cannot make calls, I cannot receive calls, or use data.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I log into my online account with a web browser, I see a message&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"Your current balance is &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;$0.00&lt;/SPAN&gt; and your account has been suspended"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Am I being too impatient with my new account?&amp;nbsp; Or is there some other problem with my account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My phone has been inactive and shut off and my phone received the message that my sim is not provisioned. I tried to buy a prepaid card to fix the imbalance in my account, but when I try to use the card pin number it does not allow it to go through. I guess the system requires me to use my other method of payment to start working again? &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;An automatic top up payment was made on Feburary 12th, but my bank account went negative which is what I'm getting started this whole mishap, and caused me to lose service. The top up amount was still taken by somebody though. But then I got that back out of the negative, and still no service. I then topped up the required amount again, and even got a confirmation email for it, but my account is still saying it's negative. I didn't get any notification that my account was suspended or anything, so I'm sorta lost on what to do at the moment.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
