&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://forum.luckymobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2304"&gt;@RunUnicornRun&lt;/a&gt; is correct, which Lucky Mobile plan that you have?&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;If you happen to have the $15/month - 100 Minutes Canada-wide calling plan, it would not be eligible for&amp;nbsp;the reduced data speeds, as this service is not applicable on&amp;nbsp;any bonus data, add-ons and/or service passes.&amp;nbsp;In order to benefit from&amp;nbsp;continuous data at reduced speeds, data must be included in the core plan and not come as a bonus, add-on or service pass.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Data stops after LTE has been used - NO access to unlimited slow 3G</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After I used my fast LTE data, my data connection stops and I CANNOT proceed to use 3G data at slow 128kbs. My LTE icon shows an "x" and I get a pop up to sign in to the LuckyMobile network: If I do so, I get a message "You have no data plan". No options available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anybody experienced the same problem&amp;nbsp; and a solution for it ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chat support confirmed unlimited 3G is not it is not available (!?), that frustrating and not what I understood from the the website (and what triggered my decision for LuckyMobile):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The data FAQ states: "&lt;/SPAN&gt;That’s right. No data overage charges. No surprises. If your usage exceeds the data included in your plan or Add-On, we’ll send you a text message with a link to add a Service Pass should you wish to use more 3G data. ----&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;You can also continue to use data at reduced speeds of up to 128 Kbps... &amp;lt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt;---"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
