my calls ring 4 or 5 times then goes to my home phone answering machine. how do I change back to Lucky voicemail

For the Community to be better able to assist, could you please clarify as to how exactly you have your Lucky Mobile phone attached to a home phone?

Please bear in mind that as stated on our page on Calling Features, call forwarding features are currently unavailable. If you're using a third party service or app to provide this, we would be unable to assist further.
