$29 40GB plan - Promo 15GB not showing

Hello. I just signed up. The 40gb promo is not showing on my account. It just shows the 20gb+5gb bonus auto renew. It does not show the 15gb bonus currently advertised. A rep confirmed thru chat that I am on the 40gb plan but it does not show that I have 40gb.

Hi there, @341 and @HiBonjourHi. Thanks for your posts, and welcome to the Lucky Mobile Community.

Promotional offers such as these are shown as pieces and are not one lump sum of data for the plan. The additional 15GB is applied in the same way as the 5GB bonus from auto top-ups you had mentioned - so you can see it as 20 + 5 + 15.

As a result of this, the 15GB will not be shown in your usage tracking until the prior data is consumed. Then it will switch over to showing the 15GB in your My Account profile.

Hi i just signed up for the 20 gb with the bonus 15gb plan for 29 dollars. I signed up with the sims from dollar store but after i registered it my plan shows up as 20 gb included and 5 gb for auto top up. I dont seem to see the 15gb bonus just wondering if anyone knows how to see it or how it works.

Same problem. The 15GB is not showing up. 5GB from auto top-up showed up automatically. The 15GB should show up automatically too...

Me neither. Signed up my two kids and both have +5 but not the +30 (in Quebec different bonus but 0 in the end)

I'm sorry but this is NOT the correct answer and should not be marked as the answer to this thread.

First of all, the extra 15GB we signed up for doesn't even show up under plan details.

Second, I tested your answer today. I used up all the 5GB from auto-topup bonus, then it started using the 20GB that's part of my plan. There is no 15GB shown.

Myself and my wife both inquired about this and were told we would see the bonus 15 in 72 hours. Hers now shows the bonus 15 on the app. But not showing on mine yet.

Well, i contacted support and they manually added the 15GB to my account. It was reflected in the system almost instantly. But I rebooted my phone just in case. It's now showing up in my account on the website and in the app.

15gb bonus data not showing up

i just did my second auto top up on my account and there was suppost to be a bonus 15 gb of data for 24 months. i looked on my account i still just ahve the 5 gb bonus for top ups and no extra bonus data. does anyone know when the data shows up as i was told it does after the second top up
