Unable to link Phone number and Account

I'm having issues linking my phone number to my account. I've tried multiple times and it doesn't let me no matter what, even if my number is correct. I can't top up without this and I need help.

I went to go check my usage today and it says I don’t have a linked account anymore, n when I go to try type in my mobile number a error pops up or it can’t be found? Anyone else having this issue?

No linked account anymore, not my doing. Lucky issues.

We wanted to check in and see if anyone was still having issues with having to re-link their Lucky Mobile accounts to their My Account profile. This can come up from time to time when there's maintenance being done in the back-end of the Lucky Mobile systems.

Same I just bought the sim card and activated it but it doesn't want to link to my account nor does it want to work.

Could you clarify a bit as to the issue you're having to linking to your My Account profile? Are you receiving an error code of any kind?

I’m having the same issue , I have no service to my phone because there is no account linked to my profile . But since I have no service they cannot send me a code to validate !! So frustrating , just keep getting the run around !

We wanted to follow up and see if you were still having issues linking your account to your Lucky Mobile My Account profile. Bear in mind that if you're unable to complete validation via text code, you would need to visit a Lucky Mobile retail location to complete validation with a valid piece of photo ID.

Let us know if you were still in need of assistance.

Can't link my number

I can't find my number on the prepaid account page, so I decided to add it through top-up. Weirdly, it says that I have already added the number. What do I do? I have to pay for my mobile.

As asked of other users with similar issues, you'll need to provide further details as to what exactly is happening when trying to link your account. Are you receiving an error code of any kind?

Bear in mind as well that if you're unable to complete validation via text code when attempting to link your account, you would need to visit a Lucky Mobile retail location to complete validation with a valid piece of photo ID.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for providing us with a screenshot of your concern.

We added a few tips and tricks below that you can try;

Clear your browsers cookies and a cache and try again.
Check to ensure you're using the web browsers latest version (updates).
Try in incognito mode.
Try turning your pop-up blocker fully off.
Turn off any VPN (if one is being used).
Try via the My Account app.
Try on a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.).

For others who may be experiencing similar issues, please bear in mind that this can come up from time to time when there's maintenance being done in the back-end of the Lucky Mobile systems. It may be worth simply waiting and trying again later.

Otherwise if you're still having difficulties or if the issue has persisted for an extended period, please provide further details as to what troubleshooting you've attempted and any results. Additionally, please clarify as to what error message you're receiving - a screenshot (with any identifying personal info censored) would be a great start.

Give those a try and keep the Community updated with the results.
