For example, in Canada &amp;amp; US, you can call 911 even if your phone does not have a SIM card in it. I am pretty sure it is the same with EU countries.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thus, its not something to with Lucky as it will stop as soon as you leave Canada, but in the other country, they might allow emergency calls without SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I saw that lucky doesn’t offer roaming in other countries, and that you wouldn’t have service. I wanted to know if I could still call emergency services even when I’m in another country with a lucky sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
