Not sure what happened i woke up and my phone was off, then when i booted up i got this headache i have my sim code, puk lock and screen lock codes written down never had a problem before. Please help my number is tied to my banking security and emails 2 step verifications.

Hi, i have checked all the resources online for how i can find my PUK code to unlock my sim card. I typed in the wrong sim pin 3 times and now its telling me that i need the puk code to unlock it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
