Cannot receive international texts, even though it is included in the plan

I just started with Lucky while working from Canada, specifically to receive sms from Austria for work. All numbers have been provided as +1XXXXXXXXXX but no texts are received. What options are available to fix this?

Within Canada, I can receive sms messages, and data works fine.

Hey newaccount,

Lucky Mobile only works in Canada and if you are in Canada, you can send or receive international texts. If you trying to use Lucky Mobile in Austria it wont work.
