How do I use the $ in my balance? I just entered a number and I’m out of data? It went to my balance

Simply topping up your balance will not be enough to bring your data services back up. Normally, that balance will not be used until your next anniversary date, at which point it will be applied to your monthly plan cost and your data usage will be reset.

If you need more data in the middle of your monthly cycle, you'll need to pick up a Service Pass. Check out our support article on Data overage and Service Passes for more information on how to buy one for your account.
