    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Mommabear,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you activate a ported number, you will manually need to top up first to get you number working. If you dont, it shows the message that the number is suspended. Simply top up for your first month and you can start using the sim normally.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Tried calling *111 on his phone and it wont got thru.&amp;nbsp; Do I need to go to lucky kiosks or call customers service using my phone (not lucky line) just one to get my sons phone back up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Your account has been suspended as you have not paid your Total Monthly Charge (Plan + Add-Ons). I feel like I should call my credit card company and ask them to refund me the second charge…&lt;/P&gt;</description>
