Hey @Brog, thanks for posting!

As Lucky Mobile is a pre-paid service, all you need to do is stop topping up and your account will be deactivated after 120 days.

I want to get rid of this "Lucky" service as I have had nothing but bad luck with this company. I am a disabled female with a brain injury & rely on my cell phone in case of a fall or other emergency & today when I went to use it I was told my phone has been suspended because I am $8.00 short for my bill. I don't get another ODSP cheque until the 18th I was told so I cannot pay it until then but after being shut off today I have decided I don't want to start up with this anymore & just be rid of it. I have had nothing but problems with this service called "Lucky". They spam me non stop with messages about announcements I don't want or need & never gave me my $20.00 top up gift like they said I would get when I topped up early.

Do I just throw the sim card away or destroy it after I go with another company ?

Hello, I cancelled my Lucky number on October 18, 2025 and they have continued to charge my account. I need a refund of what they have charged. I have the supporting emails for 'removed credit card' and 'removed the mobile number'.

Turned off my automatic top up last month but lucky still took money this month and I'm very upset about it and want my money back. I can't find a phone number to call them with
