Can no longer call or text

i can no longer call or text or receive call or text. my account is in order, but now when i hit the send i get "Not registered on network" message. i have rebooted, restarted and reset the network settings still nothing. is my phone caput? it has worked fine for the past year. Thanks please help if u can

Does this help? Some suggested a sim card can became loose. Try removing/inserting it. If doesn't help, then try a different phone if you have any (even an old one).

thanks for your help, had a old lg phone i could try my card in and it works okay so i am off for a new phone today. hopefully i can get a samsung s20 or s21 most stores are out of stock right now. thanks again

Sometimes cleaning the Sim-Card slot with just a soft cloth can help to remove dirt and improve contacts.
