Calls drop or sometimes cut in and out.

Hi. I live between Kingston and Middleton, NS and sometimes my calls drop in the house or cut in and out. Is this area bad for that?

Welcome to the community and thanks for your post.

The Community being a peer to peer assistance channel and not having direct access to your account would make it hard to determine these kind of things.

However, we can confirm that usage within a house, basements, buildings, underground parking lots, etc. can affect mobile reception.

Are you experiencing the same while being outside?
Have you reached out to our technical support team to get the location verified (only if services outside is also affected)?
