Hello. I topped up on the 8th using the promotion to receive a 25 dollar bonus when topping up with 50 dollars(before March 9th). I don't seem to see the bonus and was wondering when it would be applied.

The Community being a peer to peer assistance channel, we do not have direct access to your account and couldn't answer your direct questions. However, the promotion you're mentioning would have came with some instructions advising you of the details.

Normal promotions can be applied within the next 30 days after the successful Top-Up as long as you met all of the requirements.

I received a text message telling me that if I put $50 top-up credit on my account, Lucky Mobile would give me a further $25 credit. I paid my $50 ten days ago and I still don't have the $25 credit added to my account. What can I do?

I made a 50$ top up to get the 25$ one time bonus credit and I still didnt reveive it after more than a week although the offer said they would put the 25$ after 1-3 days. When will I be able to receive it?
