My flip phone cannot download apps. Link is unresponsive for the code anyway. Is there a way to go online on my laptop with the code link and print off the bar code?

Welcome to the community and thanks for your post.

All phones including flip phones have access to mobile data. It may be that your mobile data is turned off in your settings or that your APN details is not saved correctly in your phone (you can use your phone's user manual to learn how to check).
