How to COMPLETELY REMOVE Credit Card from account.

I have 2 credit cards on file and my bank, I want to remove 1 specific credit card from my account. How do i remove it. Your system does NOT make this an easy process.

I am trying to remove my account as I am no longer in the country and there is no easy way. I need to remove my credit card as it's being used for the automatic top up. How can I do this. Thanks.
