Data Roaming charges within Canada?

Occasionally I go to a place in Ontario where there’s no Bell/Lucky coverage however my mom who has Rogers has coverage there.

I have an iPhone 8 and decided to enable roaming and I was able to roam on Rogers while using data at the same time. My carrier displayed as “ROGERS LTE” at this time and I was just wondering if I’d get charged? I didn’t know Lucky mobile had data roaming
