SIM activation bonus not accounted for

Hello community,

So I just signed up for Lucky mobile online via a Sim card that I had. Now according to the website, for every online activation there is a bonus 2GO that's added to the plans of $35+, until 15 August 2022.

But I see no bonus, only the one from automatic payment.

What happened?

I appreciate any info on this. Thank you!

In the instance that all the requirements were met, the offer will be activated automatically by the system within 3 weeks of your activation date.
