I would just like to leave a comment about what an asset Ma.Jessica for Lucky. I had just gotten off of "chat" in regards to a fraud matter. But I hadn't wrote down the phone number I was given. I went back on to "Chat" and Ma.Jessica got right to finding the number I needed, and that was that. She understood I had been on "chat" for a while, previously and just got me what I needed. So polite and understanding. Thanks Ma.Jessica, you made my day. I hope Lucky knows what a great employee you are!!!!
