&lt;P&gt;Try deactivating airplane mode and/or try completing the task within My Account on a desktop/laptop.&lt;/P&gt;

My card is for sure good as It's same card I use daily in life. &lt;P style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;When attempting to register an automatic top up and receiving the mentioned error "The credit card is not valid every time I try and sign up for auto top up!", it could mean that a block was added to your card or the billing information of your card doesn't match the one that you have on your Lucky Mobile account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;If a block was added by your credit card carrier, you will need to give them a shout to get it lifted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;If your billing info does not match and needs to be updated on your Lucky Mobile account, let us know and we will reach out accordingly to update your information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
